Our Jiu-jitsu classes give you the well-rounded work-out you're looking for. Our training integrates all aspects of physical fitness: agility, endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance. Our class sizes are kept small to ensure that each student gets personal attention from the instructors every class.
Throughout the course of your Jiu-jitsu training, you learn what you need to know to defend yourself, while raising your personal awareness and self-confidence in our graduated self-defense program.

Jiu-Jitsu Belt Progression
White to Green: These levels focus on teaching you all the basic fundamentals you need to defend yourself on the street and the foundations required for advanced learning.
Purple to Black: These levels reinforce the self-defense fundamentals learned at prior belt levels, adding advanced training that develops your awareness and adaptive abilities.

**The Sunday open training is generally just open training time during which students can come in and work on whatever curriculum they want with each other. It may also be used for belt tests (or preparation for them) and occasionally guest instructor classes.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer our Self-Defense for Busy Women class once per quarter. If you would like to organize a private self-defense or Jiu-jitsu class, please contact us.
